Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has arrived in Beijing, according to a statement from the Iranian Foreign Ministry.
During a meeting with his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi, the two sides discussed bilateral relations as well as regional and international issues.
Araghchi’s visit comes just days ahead of a planned trip to China by US President Donald Trump, scheduled for May 14–15.
