An Airbus A350-941 operated by China Eastern Airlines collided with a jet bridge at Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport on Saturday, May 2, prompting an official investigation.
The incident occurred around noon following the arrival of flight MU5406 from Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport, according to reports shared by Breaking Aviation News on X, presented by Caliber.Az.
Local authorities confirmed that an investigation has been launched to determine the circumstances surrounding the collision.
