U.S. President Donald Trump has suggested that Washington’s iconic landmarks appeared neglected during the presidency of Barack Obama, drawing a comparison on social media.
In a post on Truth Social, Trump shared two images of the Reflecting Pool located between the Washington Monument and the Lincoln Memorial.
The first image showed the pool with green, algae-covered water and was captioned “Hussein Obama,” while the second image, depicting clear blue water, was captioned with Trump’s own surname.
