The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) launched an interceptor missile at a suspicious aerial target detected in an area of operations in southern Lebanon.
The Israeli Air Force successfully intercepted the target, a statement from the army’s spokesperson unit said.
“The target did not cross into Israeli territory. Under current policy, no alert warnings were activated,” the statement noted.
