On April 21, the aircraft carrying the President of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov, landed at Astana International Airport as he began a working visit to Kazakhstan, the presidential press service confirmed.
Japarov was received upon arrival by Kazakhstan’s Prime Minister, Olzhas Bektenov, Kyrgyz media reports.
During the visit, the Kyrgyz leader is expected to address the plenary session of the Regional Ecological Summit (RES), hold bilateral meetings with heads of foreign delegations, and tour pavilions showcasing international green and sustainable technologies.
