support Azerbaijan's economic transformation by turning savings
into long-term investment for businesses and infrastructure, said

“When companies can raise funding through bonds and capital
markets, they rely less on short-term bank financing and can invest
in growth, innovation, and sustainability. ADB supports capital
market development by helping create market activity. We work with
companies and financial institutions to bring new bonds issues to
the market, act as an actor investor to attract other investors,
and introduce instruments like green and sustainable bonds,” he
said in a message on social network.
