Russian forces have destroyed Ukrainian fighter jets, including a presumed F-16 and a Su-27, along with radar equipment, in a strike on an airfield in the Poltava region.
Video footage obtained by RT reportedly shows the F-16 being hit.
The operation targeted the airfield near Myrhorod and was carried out by Russian military drone operators using the advanced BM-70 unmanned aerial vehicle. According to reports, the attack successfully destroyed the aircraft and radar installations at the site.
