On the initiative of Leyla Aliyeva, Vice President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and founder of the public association IDEA, a festive event was held at the Baku Zoo to celebrate the World Azerbaijanis Solidarity Day and the New Year. The event was aimed at children from low-income families.
A special holiday programme was prepared for children from the Absheron, Nizami, and Garadagh districts, Caliber.Az reports via local media.
A total of 150 children participated in the event, with 50 children from each district enjoying the festivities.
