BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 20. The signing
ceremony of the memorandum of understanding on cooperation in the
field of consular affairs between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs
of Azerbaijan and Montenegro has been held, the Azerbaijani
ministry said in a statement, Trend reports.
The document aims to strengthen bilateral consular cooperation
and improve the quality of services provided to citizens.
