A large-scale strike has been reported in Odesa, targeting energy and military infrastructure and resulting in widespread power outages across parts of the city.
According to SHOT, dozens of explosions were heard in various areas of Odesa, with significant impacts recorded.
One of the strikes hit a major electrical substation in the Kotovskyi district, leaving roughly half of the city without electricity. Additional disruptions to the power supply were also reported in other areas.
The same source said that “Geran” drones were used to strike railway junctions, a bridge in Zatoka, and several ammunition storage facilities. As a result of the attacks on energy infrastructure, multiple districts experienced a complete blackout, while other parts of the city reported intermittent power interruptions.
