Ukrainian forces carried out strikes on several targets in the Russian city of Pochep in Bryansk Oblast overnight on September 22, according to Exilenova+.
The strikes reportedly hit a building on the grounds of Russian Military Unit 14370 and a hangar at Military Unit 23857.
One of the city’s pumping stations was also reportedly struck.
