A video released by Exilenova+ appears to show a Ukrainian strike drone attacking the LUKOIL-Permnefteorgsintez (PNOS) oil refinery in Russia’s Perm region.


The footage reportedly captures the moment a Ukrainian “Lyuty” strike unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) hit the facility.



PNOS, short for LUKOIL-Permnefteorgsintez, is one of Russia’s largest oil refineries.
