A member of a precinct election commission in Russia’s Bryansk Region was seriously injured when a car she was travelling in came under a UAV attack on September 20, Central Election Commission Chair Ella Pamfilova said.
“A member of a precinct election commission in the Bryansk Region sustained a severe shrapnel wound following the UAV attack; she has been hospitalised,” Pamfilova said, Russian media reports.
