The issue was discussed during a meeting in Bulgaria between Tigran Akopyan, head of Armenia’s Television and Radio Commission, and his Turkish counterpart, Deniz Güler, Caliber.Az reports per Armenian media.
According to the sides, the discussions focused on the possibility of signing a memorandum of understanding that would establish a framework for cooperation between the two regulatory bodies.
The proposed memorandum would provide for an exchange of experience and expertise in television broadcasting, as well as cooperation within relevant international organisations and forums.
