Argentine forward Lionel Messi, 39, has moved to the top of the Major League Soccer (MLS) scoring charts.
According to the league’s website, Messi scored his 19th goal of the season against Nashville, overtaking FC Dallas forward Petar Musa, who has 18 goals.
Messi has also extended his scoring streak to seven consecutive matches. During that run, he has recorded seven goals and four assists.
