The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) has strongly condemned Houthi attacks in Saudi Arabia, denouncing them for deliberately targeting civilians and facilities in a statement issued on the matter.
In the statement, the council described the attacks as an “extremist criminal approach” that threatens the region’s “security and stability,” Caliber.Az reports.
It said the repeated attacks demonstrate the Houthis’ malicious intentions and their rejection of peace and stability in Yemen.
“Targeting civilian installations and national capabilities is a condemned terrorist act that cannot be justified or tolerated under any pretext.
The Houthi group's persistence in these hostile practices represents a blatant challenge to the international community and a direct threat to regional and international peace and security,” the statement added.
