Ukrainian forces have carried out strikes on oil refineries in Russia’s Ryazan Region, Perm Region and Tatarstan, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said.

He noted that this was a justified response to Russia’s attack, Caliber.Az reports, citing ASTRA.

“Our warriors continue to justly respond to Russian strikes on Ukraine. An oil refinery in the Ryazan Region was hit. We used our precision weapons against oil refineries in the Perm Region and Tatarstan, as well as a site for storing and launching attack drones in the Kursk Region. A target in the Black Sea was also hit,” the Ukrainian president wrote.

On the morning of September 6, ASTRA reported that the Ryazan Oil Refinery, which is part of PJSC Rosneft, had been attacked. On the night of September 7, drone attacks were reported in the Perm Region. One unmanned aerial vehicle crashed into an apartment building.
