Actor Steven Seagal has sold all three of his remaining properties in the United States, completing the sales over a period of about 10 years.

Seagal sold his estate in Tennessee for $880,000 and a property in Arizona, described as his “bulletproof” house, for $3.55 million, Russian media reports

The most difficult property to sell was a villa in California. It was initially listed for $12 million, but the asking price was eventually reduced to $7 million.

Seagal still owns property in Russia and is reportedly seeking to sell a mansion in the Rublevka area outside Moscow, valued at about 700 million roubles, according to SHOT.

In the United States, Seagal also remains a defendant in a case related to the promotion of an investment project that the US Department of Justice has deemed fraudulent.

Seagal received Russian citizenship in 2016. In 2018, Russia’s Foreign Ministry appointed him a special representative for Russian-US humanitarian ties. In 2023, Russian President Vladimir Putin awarded him the Order of Friendship for his contribution to international relations.
