Armenian National Assembly Speaker Ruben Rubinyan met with Mansour Abdulla Salem Saad Al Sulaitin, Qatar’s Ambassador to Armenia, on September 4, with the sides discussing bilateral ties and developments in the region.
The parties praised the current level of Armenia-Qatar relations and reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening effective cooperation.
Particular attention was given to expanding interparliamentary cooperation, including reciprocal visits between officials from the two countries.
Rubinyan and Al Sulaitin also exchanged views on regional developments and other issues of mutual interest, the parliament said.
