A fire broke out at a Rosneft-linked oil depot in the Adler district of Sochi following an overnight drone attack, according to the open-source investigative outlet ASTRA.

ASTRA said its analysis of eyewitness footage indicated that the Rosneft-Kubannefteprodukt oil depot was targeted during the night of September 3–4 in an attack attributed to Ukraine’s armed forces.

The footage also appeared to show a second fire in the area. ASTRA previously reported that the blaze involved a Russian air-defense unit near Sochi and was linked to the same overnight attack.

Sochi Mayor Andrei Proshunin confirmed that a fire had broken out at the oil depot. He said there were no casualties.
