Azerbaijani Army servicemen have completed their studies at the Yalova Naval Petty Officer Vocational School of Türkiye’s National Defence University, Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Defence has stated.
It noted that the graduation ceremony in Yalova province was attended by senior Turkish Naval Forces officials, distinguished guests, academic staff and the families of the graduates, Caliber.Az reports.
Under an existing agreement between Azerbaijan and Türkiye on military education, Azerbaijani servicemen study at the Naval Petty Officer Vocational School of Türkiye’s National Defence University.
The institution provides a two-year military education programme to train warrant officers for the Turkish Navy.
Representatives of the Office of the Military Attaché of Azerbaijan in Türkiye also attended the ceremony.
They congratulated the five Azerbaijani servicemen on being awarded the rank of warrant officer and wished them success in their future service.
