BISHKEK, Kyrgyzstan, September 1. President of
the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev arrived at the Irys Ordo
Congress Center in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, to
participate in the SCO Plus format meeting, Trend’s special correspondent
reports.

President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov welcomed
