The latest summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) is taking place today, September 1, in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan.
More than 500 local and foreign media representatives have been accredited to cover the event. Of these, 434 are foreign journalists representing a total of 115 media outlets. Journalists from China, India, Russia, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, Iran and other countries have arrived in Bishkek, according to Caliber.Az.
Representatives of Azerbaijani media will also cover the summit directly from the venue, providing timely updates on the meetings being held and decisions being made.
