Azerbaijan’s newly appointed Ambassador to Serbia, Tahir Taghizada, has formally begun his diplomatic mission in the country after presenting copies of his credentials to Branko Radovanovic, head of the Diplomatic Protocol Department at the Serbian Foreign Ministry.


The Azerbaijani ambassador announced the meeting in a post on X, Caliber.Az reports.


“It was a pleasure to meet Chief of the Diplomatic Protocol of MFA H.E. Mr. Branko Radovanovic and present copies of my credentials.


Thank you for a friendly chat, dear Branko!” Taghizada wrote.
