The fire that broke out at the Atyrau Oil Refinery in Kazakhstan has been fully extinguished, with no injuries reported.
As Caliber.Az reports, citing Kazakh media, approximately 65 personnel and 19 pieces of firefighting equipment were deployed to tackle the blaze.
The fire was localized at 13:42 local time before being completely extinguished shortly afterward.
No casualties or injuries were reported. Authorities are currently investigating the cause of the fire.

A fire has broken out at Kazakhstan’s largest oil refinery in the city of Atyrau, with emergency crews continuing efforts to contain and extinguish the blaze, national oil and gas company KazMunayGas said.
According to the company, the fire started at 12:35 local time at a settling tank belonging to a closed-type mechanical wastewater treatment facility.
“No work was being carried out at the site at the time of the incident,” KazMunayGas said, adding that oil sludge inside the settling tank caught fire.
The company did not report any casualties or provide further details on the cause of the incident.
Despite the fire, the Atyrau Refinery continues to operate normally, KazMunayGas said.
