Chairman of the Caucasus Muslims’ Office (CMO) Sheikh ul-Islam Allahshukur Pashazada will take part in a “Religions for Peace” event in Mauritius dedicated to the theme “Forging Pathways for Shared Sacred Flourishing.”


The visit will take place from June 23–26 at the invitation of the organisation’s Secretary-General, Francis Kuria, Caliber.Az reports via local media.


Pashazada, who was elected last year as co-chair of the World Council of “Religions for Peace,” will deliver a speech at the opening of the event and will moderate a session titled “Artificial Intelligence in Conflict Settings - Human Dignity and Multifaith Perspectives.”


The program also includes a series of bilateral meetings during the visit.
