Azerbaijan is set to host a Belgian trade delegation this autumn, marking another step in the development of economic ties between the two countries.


According to the Belgium-Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce (BELGAZERCOM), the visit is scheduled to take place from September 28 to October 1, Caliber.Az reports via local media.


As part of the trip, individually organized meetings are planned with relevant local partners, representatives of state institutions and agencies, as well as an official reception at the Embassy of Belgium in Baku.


To note, the previous trade mission was held from February 16 to 19, 2025.


According to Azerbaijan’s State Customs Committee, bilateral trade turnover between the two countries increased by 27.73% over the year, rising by $7.621 million to reach a total of $35.108 million.
