The ombudsmen of Azerbaijan and Bosnia and Herzegovina have signed a memorandum of understanding on the sidelines of the International Baku Ombudsmen Summit.
On the Azerbaijani side, the agreement was signed by Human Rights Commissioner Sabina Aliyeva. The Bosnian side was represented by ombudsmen Nives Jukić, Nevenko Vranješ, and Jasminka Džumhur, Caliber.Az reports via local media.
The memorandum is aimed at strengthening institutional cooperation, exchanging experience and information in the field of human rights protection and freedoms, as well as conducting educational and awareness-raising activities.
