The Israel Defence Forces (IDF) said its troops struck Hezbollah surveillance equipment in southern Lebanon, alleging the devices were used to monitor Israeli military activity from within a civilian building.
In a statement, the Israel Defence Forces said soldiers identified and hit what it described as surveillance infrastructure operated by Hezbollah.
The military said the equipment had been placed inside a civilian structure and was used to track and direct activity against Israeli forces.
The IDF also said it separately targeted an individual operating from a warehouse used to store weapons.
According to the military, secondary explosions were observed after the strike, which it said indicated the presence of munitions at the site.
