A tribute marking the 103rd anniversary of the birth of National Leader Heydar Aliyev has been published on the official social media accounts of Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev.
“If National Leader Heydar Aliyev saw today’s Azerbaijan, he would be pleased. I am confident that his soul is pleased, because today’s Azerbaijan is His creation,” the president's message read.
