Over the past 24 hours, Israel’s 36th Division and Air Force conducted large-scale operations in southern Lebanon, killing more than 20 Hezbollah fighters and destroying dozens of the group’s facilities, Israel Defence Forces (IDF) spokesperson Avichay Adraee wrote in Arabic on X.

In one incident, Hezbollah members attempted to fire anti-tank missiles at Israeli forces, according to the press office.

“Five terrorists were neutralised by ground troops, and three more were struck in an airstrike,” Adraee said.

Troops also discovered and seized significant caches of weapons, including RPGs, anti-tank missiles, ammunition, hunting rifles, and other military equipment.
