Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs extended congratulations to Ireland on its national holiday, according to a post on the ministry’s X account.
“We extend our heartfelt congratulations to the Government and people of Ghana on the occasion of the National Day.
Happy National Day, Ghana!!” the message read.
