An explosion at an ammunition warehouse overnight killed three people and injured eight others in northwestern Syria.
According to the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA), the blast occurred in Al-Atarib, which is located in Aleppo Governorate.
Authorities said three people were killed in the explosion, including two children, while eight others sustained injuries. A fire that broke out following the blast was later extinguished.
Rescue teams and officers from the internal security service were dispatched to the scene, and search operations are ongoing to locate individuals who may still be trapped under the rubble.
