BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 6. The Israel Defense
Forces (IDF) said it had detected new missile launches from Iran,

According to the statement, the central part of the country came
under shelling for the first time since the start of the day, with
air raid warnings issued in many areas.
Sirens were heard in Tel Aviv and surrounding areas. Shortly
after the alarm was sounded, reports of an explosion were
received.
