Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov met with his Turkish counterpart Hakan Fidan in Istanbul, the Foreign Ministry of Türkiye announced on X.
The meeting coincides with an emergency session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organisation of Turkic States, which will also take place in Istanbul.
