The son of Israel’s Finance Minister, Bezalel Smotrich, was lightly wounded during a military operation along the Lebanon border, Mignews reports.
Officials confirmed that his condition is stable.
Bezalel Smotrich, a far-right Israeli politician, leads the Religious Zionist Party and serves as the country’s Finance Minister. He is known for his support of the annexation of the West Bank, the expansion of settlements, and strict measures against Palestinians—stances that have drawn criticism for their radical nature and for contributing to heightened tensions in Gaza.
