Airstrikes hit Mehrabad Airport in Tehran, with at least one passenger aircraft destroyed, according to Iran’s Nour News.
The outlet reported that the airport was struck and that a civilian plane was destroyed in the incident.
Videos shared by eyewitnesses on social media appeared to show thick smoke rising from the area.
