Azerbaijan’s Foreign Ministry has congratulated the government and the people of Bulgaria on the country's National Day.
“We extend our warm congratulations to the Government and people of Bulgaria on the occasion of the National Day,” the ministry said on X on March 3, Caliber.Az reports.
