Iran continues to retain control over defensive actions in the region and maintains influence in more than five countries despite the loss of key military and political figures, according to Iranian Member of Parliament Mojtaba Yousufi.
Yousufi said the country’s military capabilities remain intact even after significant leadership losses, Caliber.Az reports per Iranian media.
Yousufi stated that Iran no longer has several top military leaders who previously held critical roles, including the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces, the chief of the General Staff, the commander of the IRGC, and the defence minister. Despite these losses, he said Iran is continuing its military operations with even greater intensity.
He also emphasised that throughout history, Muslims have endured severe trials but ultimately preserved their strength and authority.
