Azerbaijan and Georgia have reaffirmed their commitment to deepening bilateral economic cooperation during a meeting held within the framework of the Georgia–Azerbaijan–Türkiye Business Forum.


Azerbaijan’s Minister of Economy, Mikayil Jabbarov, met with Mariam Kvrivishvili, Georgia’s Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development, to discuss the strong and diversified economic partnership between the two neighbouring countries, Jabbarov wrote on X, Caliber.Az reports. 






The talks underscored the success of ongoing regional projects and highlighted the strategic importance of trilateral cooperation involving Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Türkiye.


According to Jabbarov, the sides reviewed opportunities to further strengthen business ties and explored prospects for expanding joint activities across key sectors. Priority areas discussed included trade, energy, transport, and transit, as well as other fields of mutual interest.
