Chairman of the Turkish Grand National Assembly Foreign Affairs Commission Fuat Oktay, currently on a visit to Azerbaijan, visited the monument to Turkish martyrs in Baku together with a group of lawmakers.
The delegation honoured the memory of the martyrs and laid flowers at their graves, Caliber.Az per local media.
