Ukrainian outlets released footage taken immediately after a Russian attack on a bus in the Dnipropetrovsk region, which has killed 16 people.
A day of mourning has been declared in the region following the tragedy, Caliber.Az reports via ASTRA Telegram channel.
The incident occurred on February 1, when Russia targeted a service bus carrying miners with a drone.
