Users in several Russian regions have reported disruptions to Telegram, one of the country’s most popular messaging apps.

The highest number of complaints came from the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, followed by Saint Petersburg and the surrounding Leningrad region, Caliber.Az reports via foreign media.

The Primorsky Krai and Murmansk region also recorded a notable number of reports, though fewer in comparison.
