As a result, a fire broke out in a nine-storey residential building, damaging the facade and windows, Caliber.Az reports, citing the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
The fire has been extinguished.
In addition, firefighters extinguished a fire at an energy facility. No casualties were reported.
