A nighttime strike struck an energy facility in Odesa, causing damage, Governor Oleh Kiper confirmed.

The attack has exacerbated ongoing disruptions in the city, where residents have been without electricity for several days, TV channel Politika Strany reports.

In response, locals have staged street blockades to protest the prolonged outages. Tensions have risen as drivers attempt to navigate through the barricaded streets, resulting in conflicts between motorists and protesters.
