The Israel Defence Forces (IDF) announced that six armed terrorists were located on January 13 in the western part of Rafah following an earlier incident in the area.
According to the military, subsequent search operations confirmed that IDF troops had killed all six individuals during an exchange of fire.
The IDF stated that a range of weapons was found in the possession of the militants who were eliminated.
