BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 6. An open auction
will be held at the Baku Auction Center LLC for the sale of
immovable and movable property belonging to NBC Bank, Gunay Bank,
Caucasus Development Bank, and Atabank OJSC, which are in the
liquidation process, in Azerbaijan on January 7, the Deposit
Insurance Fund said in a statement, Trend reports.
According to the statement, at 11:00 (GMT +4), the following
properties will be auctioned:
Atabank OJSC
The immovable property on the bank's balance sheet is located on
Heydar Aliyev avenue in Mingachevir city. The two-story
non-residential building with two entrances is built on a
0.07-hectare plot of land, with a total area of 309.88 sq. m.
The initial sale price of the property is 450,000 manat
($265,000).
Caucasus Development Bank OJSC
A non-residential area with a total area of 1,182.9 sq. m,
located at 147A, Ajami Nakhchivani Street, Binagadi district, Baku,
will be put up for sale.
The initial sale price of the property is 2.5 million manat ($1.47
million).
Gunay Bank OJSC
A 2019-model Chery Tiggo 2 passenger car, owned by the bank,
will be sold at an open auction.
The initial sale price of the car is 13,000 manat ($7,600).
NBC Bank OJSC
A private residential house, located on a 0.12-hectare plot in
Malham village of the Shamakhi district, with a total area of 464.2
sq. m, will be sold.
The initial sale price of the property is set at 200,000 manat
($117,000).
To participate in the auction, a deposit of 5% of the sale price
must be paid. The full purchase price must be paid within seven
calendar days after the winner is determined.
Individuals wishing to participate in the auction must present
their identification card, and legal entities must provide their
founding documents.
The auction will take place at the following address: Baku,
Sabail district, Badamdar settlement, Badamdar highway 27 (behind
the AVIS pharmacy).
