Following the US-led capture of now-former Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro on January 3, several posts on official US social media accounts depicted President Donald Trump’s foreign policy in bold, cinematic terms.

The US State Department shared images of the president rendered in dark tones, accompanied by brief slogans in striking scarlet font, Caliber.Az reports.

One post read on X: “President Trump is a man of action. If you don’t know, now you know,” with the caption: “Don’t play games with President Trump.”

In a separate post, the White House invoked internet slang, sharing the term “FOFA”—short for “f** around and find out”*—to underscore the administration’s assertive approach.

Another State Department post featured a portrait of Trump with the phrase “This is OUR Hemisphere” emblazoned across it.

The accompanying caption stated: “This is OUR Hemisphere, and President Trump will not allow our security to be threatened.”
