Denis Kapustin, the commander of the Russian Volunteer Corps (RDK), has been killed on the Zaporizhzhia front.
According to UNIAN, citing the RDK, Kapustin was killed in a strike carried out by a Russian FPV drone in the Zaporizhzhia direction.
Kapustin had previously been sentenced in absentia in Russia to life imprisonment on charges of organising a Ukrainian Armed Forces incursion into Russia’s Bryansk region in 2023 and committing high treason.
