Russian law enforcement has successfully foiled a sabotage attempt in Stavropol, authorities say.
An 18-year-old Russian woman was detained after reportedly attempting to plant explosives on the car of a Russian officer. Authorities claim the woman was acting under the influence of fraudsters allegedly linked to Ukrainian special services, Caliber.Az reports via Russian media.
The security forces apprehended the woman just as she reportedly received the explosives and was about to attach them to the vehicle.
